Policies in Plain Language
Privacy Policy+
We collect the minimum needed to run your account and improve the service: contact details, configuration, and usage analytics. We never sell personal data, never use your compliance records for advertising, and process everything under a Data Processing Agreement. You may access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time by contacting privacy@vaultmere.com — we answer within 30 days.
Terms of Service+
Vaultmere provides privacy-management software on a subscription basis, with up to $500,000 of fine coverage when guided setup is followed. You own your data; we provide the tools and keep them current with the law. Either party may terminate with 30 days’ notice, and your records remain exportable throughout.
Data Processing Agreement+
Our standard DPA covers processing instructions, confidentiality, subprocessor controls, cross-border transfer mechanisms (SCCs and UK addendum), audit rights, and breach notification. Enterprise customers may negotiate custom terms; the standard DPA is available for signature during every trial.
